Before And After : Mesra Terrace, Dutamas

After slogging away for the last few months...finally I am able to find some breather to continue updating this blog.

This is one of Chee Hoong's project last year. We are especially happy that the owners have very lovingly added the final touches like soft furnishings, lightings, and decor items cleverly picked out to compliment the whole look.

i've been following this site since discovering it, a little disappointed that you stopped after the REDFM post. Happy that you are finally back, thought you abandoned this blog =)

when you mentioned RM134,405 cost done, what is it included? Everything including furniture for the whole house? Mind to elaborate? Thanks!

Abandoning the blog is the last thing on my mind!! Writing and sharing is my passion!

Actually I've been extremely busy the last year, hence didn't update for such a long time. Signature HQ sent me to set up a new branch at Subang and setting up something new is like..working from 6am to 12midnight almost everyday! The whole of 2010 was one big blur! This month onwards will be very very much better as I already have a strong team here! I will be posting more often now, as well as to continue contributing to magazines and other websites. :)

The cost of RM134,405 consists of carpentry work, painting, some masonry, electrical, plumbing. We don't supply lights nor soft furnishings but we can advice which items to get and which colours will complement the look.

Payment terms depends on size of projects.

When projects are smaller and takes lesser time to complete, we collect 10% upon confirmation, another 80% upon confirmation of design, and final 10% after final touch up.

When a project is larger and takes more than 1 1/2 months delivery, we split payment according to percentage delivered. This especially applies to our contractors work that touches on masonry and electrical, etc. Payment for cabinets and carpentry are as mentioned above.

Can't remember all the paints and codes! The project was quite some time ago and our files have all been sent to the storeroom!

But for sure it's not pastel green. I never use pastel green. I also tell my assistants to never use pastel green - the colour is too old.

Hi Lola, I've just discovered your blog - fantastic work! Just wondering, do you have any price guide for wainscoting work? I recently purchased a 1000 sq ft apartment and I'd be interested to install wainscoting in the living room and study.
